Iran Directors Guild reveals Kiarostami trailer

Directors Guild of Iran has released poster and trailer for the birthday of famed Iran director Abbas Kiarostami.

In conjunction with the late director’s birthday on Saturday, the DGI revealed a poster featuring the director as well as a trailer showcasing some scenes reminding the audiences of the great director's works.

The DGI is set to celebrate the late director's birth anniversary on June 22, mounting ceremony that takes place in an open-air space at House of Cinema (No. 2) located in Iranian capital city of Tehran.

The released trailer will be featured at all Iranian theaters as a tribute to Abbas Kiarostami concurrent with the mega-director’s birthday.
